Although it sprouts from mainstream Nissan roots, the Infiniti QX60 impresses in terms of style, simplicity, and the successful integration of useful infotainment and safety technologies. While imperfect, the QX60 also faces few direct competitors, making it easily worth consideration. However, as the luxury crossover segment grows in coming years, Infiniti will need to step up its game.

Just bought this car used. I drove it as a rental years ago and FELL IN LOVE. never been a luxury car person, but this one has my heart 😂 when we started looking at SUVs or vans due to an expanding family, this one popped up. What truly sold me what the ability to move that middle row without moving the back of the seat, like he does in the video. Makes accessing the third row with multiple cars actually possible!!

What kind of mpgs do you get? How do you like it? Considering trading my Prius in for this.

Just bought one yesterday and it does have power outlets in the back and cargo bay. Love this truck. Steering is tight and makes it easy to drive.

We love it.. we travel a lot and long distances and it makes you feel like you are driving in your living room. Amazing leg space for tall people, dual climate control , heated seats and its incredibly zippy for such a large car. Absolutely LOVE the amount of cargo space we have... we can pack our bags and load up Trader Joes grocery without having to put down the second row of seats...oh did i mention how zippy our FAT CAT is? lolol...

I have a QX60. Their is a USB port in the center arm rest. If you get the theater package you get house power outlet in the second row.

      Sheldon,
How is the acceleration and first and second row seat comfort? How is the ride? Smooth? Average? I'm considering purchasing one in NOV-DEC Time frame.
      Thanks,

+qteezy6501 - Gteezy - I purchased a QX60 back in February and we love it. My wife prefers crossovers because she is shorter and does not like full-sized SUVs. The interior is steller and is very comfortable regardless of the seating arrangements. The side support on the front seats are excellent. High quality leather. The biggest thing I had to get used to was the CVT transmission. The ride is very smooth but I like coming out of the pocket quicker so i always drive in sport mode. I also drove to LA and back on cruise control for the most part - trekking about 300 miles each way. I ran on eco mode down and regular on the way back. same gas used. Hope that helps. Anything else, just ask.

+Sheldon Warner We also have the theater package and have the USB and an actual outlet. We also have the headrest mounted monitors for viewing in the second row. We have two teenagers and they love it.

+qteezy6501 I'm only 5'5" so it's still got plenty of space for the first 2 rows. I'd save the 3rd for kids unless they're 6' or taller. In my opinion, I think there are plenty of power especially in Sport mode. I'm a light-footed driver so I'd get about 22 av-mpg so far (only has ~700 miles; bought it Oct 20th).

In response to qteezy6501. First the acceleration. It's by no means a sports car but if you get deep enough into the right pedal it will move. Second row seats offer lots of adult size leg room. Best in it's class. The ride is based on a few things. I live in Florida and have nice smooth roads. I also have the 20 inch wheels. With that said the ride is smooth but if you live where the roads are bad like NYC go for the 18 inch wheels. This is my first SUV and I must admit that at first I was not a happy camper. It was my wife's idea to get an SUV. My previous car was a BMW 750li. My lease on my Infiniti is up next month and I can't wait to get the keys to my new QX80. No more cars for me. I hope this will be helpful to you and good luck with your new QX60.

You forgot the trunk! I wanted to see if the 3rd row happens to flip backwards for tailgating.

I have a qx60. With theatre package . Comes with usb. And power outlets. The only thing it don't have is wifi. Like audi. Or new chevy cars. But you are getting so much more from qx60 so I can do with out the wifi.

why would you need WiFi in a car? you can Hotspot your 4G phone. to me WiFi in a car is about the most useless thing ever.

    • @ericqian3346
      @ericqian3346 8 лет назад

+jetpipe28 The WIFI in a car IS one of the useless feature actually. It's useful in theory but in practical useless for two reasons: i) many luxury cars comes with 2G (GPRS) and 3G (WCDMA) and the speed is slow while all the cell phone tethering today has 4G LTE. ii) the data plan bundled in the car is more expensive than the cell phone one.

Becuase it's an extremely reliable car, with very little maintenance as compared to German cars. when a German car needs maintenance or mechanical repairs fasten your seat belts you need a bucket loaf of money.

and now we know how much that CVT software update helped- NOT. Garbage CVT - garbage car. Stay away from NISSAN and INFINITY

I hear that about all cars with cvt transmission. It's best to buy a car/suv with a regular 6 speed trans if possible.
