I really like the new camera angles during the driving segment! While the fixed position is kind of hard to get used to at the beginning it definitely gives this review a more professional feel. But what I like most about SB's reviews for 2 the redline is that he gives his opinion about the vehicle and not just a neutral review of the facts. Great job!
I didn't mind the older videos, but I don't mind change also. I can understand change is harder for some. I liked it. Can I suggest bringing back the exhaust shot and maybe going over the tech a little more? Congrats on getting a Nissan/Infiniti dealer! Hope to see more from them!
Thanks Brooks, this was a test video, I wanted to see how everyone would react to a new style, I had a feeling it wouldn't be well received, but I will be working on this. BTW, I still would buy an MDX in a heartbeat lol
A solid effort all around to make this review although I think I like your old style better. Simplicity is sometimes the best thing and it will also allow you to make your videos in a shorter period of time which is important since you do work full time also.
Well, lots of comments on the video.. Wow! I'll chime in, I like to see you in this different type of review, it shows that you are growing as a journalist. I can see that your a little unsure of what to do with your hands and that at times but it is a major step forward! I look forward to what you have for us in the future!
Just noticed the T-shirt too! I like that! And the fact that you've changed your camera angles to include you, the narrator lol! MUCH more professional indeed.
This is still an excellent review though! As I said your new commentary (like the intro) seems so much more planned and professional, which is good. And lol good because I adore ours. Drove it to TN yesterday and almost hit 38k :(
Yay, thanks for this review, I apologize for my Toyota comment on your C-MAX review it was a bit harsh. I love infinitis, I own a Qx56 and it's a fantastic vehicle (:
so i see that you guys are transitioning to a more professional style. i like the layout and commentary, my only suggestion would be for more background music(not for the driving segment). it sounds kind of empty right now. i really like the music you guys were using before. i am a big fan of your double view driving shots, but my only suggestion is that the forward facing camera is a little more straight , but i don't know if your equipment will allow that. i hope you guys liked my advice.
same. im on the market for one right now. i sold my murano because the cvt was getting older so I would hate to go back into one. I want an FX 35 but I hear the ride is really rough
I'm going to agree with some of the comments here. I do think the fixed camera works while you're driving, but I think the pov adds more, uhh, 'character' to the review. People are curious and would examine a car (whether you would buy one or not) the way you used to in previous reviews. I like seeing how cars can differ from my car from A to Z (dash, lighting, quality, features etc...). Just sharing my two cents :]
He nailed it .. It looks weird in pics but once u see it and drive it u got to be nuts not to like the luxury feel of this car cvt aint that bad should've put a 8 speed dual clutch in there
Ok first off, I dont agree with all the comments. I actually really like this style. But I guess majority rules. Anyway, you forgot to mention that this is not just a CVT ripped out of a Nissan, this is a much more advanced version that has a sport mode that can imitate a normal AT and according to many reviews it does a great job. This car is FWD CVT and 265hp so right of the bat it should be known performance is not its purpose. But overall very good review.
The problem with the JX and big families is when you need two baby car seats in a vehicle. It restricts the access to the third row. Most baby seats are placed at the far right and left positions on the middle row of a 3-row vehicle.
Thanks, glad to see some of my subscribers enjoyed it, I'm just in a transitioning stage now, I really wanted to get everyone's feedback. Once our new intros and music are done, I will have everything fine tuned I'm hoping lol
I was getting this for my kids but then i seen the m37s no question i got the m37s best car I've ever driven 0 issues , speed , looks, people where asking me to right down the name of the car ( white rich people in long island ) and i was suprised .. They wasnt nervous im a 6 foot 4 Puerto Rican
Good job! i see you have been doing some homework on other car review videos, like putting the camera on the outside of the car when your driving it, and having it pointed at you when driving, oh yeah! do you work at the Infinity dealer now?
Ok. The Acura is an amazing value, the AUDI is overrated and the interior parts will wear out quickly and the Enclave is too conservative and kinda boring lol
We are still working on a new intro with new music, glad you liked the driving shots, we do have camera equipment that allows what you are suggesting we just ran of the day light and time to get the shots, but we appreciate the advice :)
CVTs are rolling junk piles, who’s brilliant idea was it to replace the very improved automatic for some half assed CVT that sounds like garbage, has no soul, and is lucky if it makes it past 100k. And you wonder why Nissan doesn’t shove their CVT shitbox in their performance 370z or GTR, because it’s garbage. And they know it but still use it anyway.
Push it to the Limit bro how bad is it. Me and my wife are debating between a 2013 rx350 vs a 2013 jx35 for a family suv. Leaning towards the jx for 3rd road seating
Eugene Abreut Id stay away from pre-2015 Nissan/Infiniti CVTs, that includes the JX35. I rented one once, very comfortable ride, nice interior. but as a driving enthusiast who enjoys performance and the sound of gears changing, the CVT is soulless. CVT issues start to kick in around 80k miles from what I’ve seen at the shop I own. (When I’m actually there) Rx350s are very sound overall. Bland interiors unless you get the sport trim. I’d stay away from the Jx35 unless it’s the 2015 QX60 (rebranded for 2015, fixed many of the CVT prior issues)
the start of the video shows you in a very awkward way. I do like where the new format is going, really professional looking, but I feel that if you are going to stand in front of the camera then you need to look very confident. Everything from inside of the car was perfect. But, when driving don't use that angle where the camera is directed at you, instead use the on 9:28. Great job
Actually I got a QX56 and I'm downsizing... the Jx is by far more luxurious than Pathfinder! There silhouettes are the same, but the Infiniti is more curvy, deep cut angles, sharper styling and more safety and technology features than it's Pathfinder cousin. Before you make any statements you should compare the two in PERSON and NOT on a computer.
I realized the exhaust shot was left out, from now on, the exhaust shot will always be included. Thanks though, this was mostly just a test video to see how subscriber would react
I have one of this model but it's making sound under at the front i took it to workshop they told me i need to change lower harm both side change after still making that sound Bam bam bam when driving.the mechanic guy told me to get differential again.can anyone ever experience this .my fairs now is that if i buy the differencia hope is going to work.
to be perfectly honest to me the only thing to dislike on this vehicle is the CVT Transmission....i dont have a problem with CVT's in general but it seems out of place to me. the rest of the Execution i love.
I preferred the old way. This makes it feel more like an Edmunds review or KBB review, and those reviews don't seem as down to earth honest as your guys' reviews.
I actually liked this. It seems more professional, but, if you're going to do this style in the future, make it shorter and don't go over ever single thing. Do it in a way like CNET CarTech. He reviews the car quickly, but definitely leaves you knowing what he thinks of the car. Bottom line: Love the new style, just needs to be shortened and simplified. (:
i like the old style videos better than the new ones like this one.I have to say i like watching sofyan's face but i do want to see more car and less human.I don't like all these angles either. So in conclusion i think if you keep doing videos with this style they will be boring.

it's not based on the nissan murano, it's based on the pathfinder!

OMG how gorgeous!!!! I think I found my next vehicle
Ik its gorgeous
Just keep switching it up, don't change your honest reviews. I really like the different camera views, especially the outside view!!
Well, lots of comments on the video.. Wow!

Awesome Review Of 2013 Infiniti JX35. 😀
4:17 my favorite part
Hahahhahaha
Since this vehicle came out before the 2013 Pathfinder it is actually based on the Murano platform which the new Pathfinder is based on as well
Impressed with the new style, but I miss the old music.
Epic intro, great review! I really like these, but think the Pathfinder is a better 'value'. Can't argue with the unique styling though..... lol
Love the way you now review cars, keep the good work up11
Holy crap, those houses you passed by were huge!
I really wanna get one because they are so cheap rn but I’m worried about that CVT transmission

I think a pov type video seems better like before. This reminds me of those really bland reviews like roadfly etc. POV view keeps it more unique.

please review the old way, that's the reason I subcribed to your channel, because of your unique review style.
Good job! i see you have been doing some homework on other car review videos, like putting the camera on the outside of the car when your driving it, and having it pointed at you when driving, oh yeah! do you work at the Infinity dealer now?
My girlfreinds had one. Plenty of electrical problems but runs good and the cvt surprisingly has 155,000 miles!
Very good review like the new format
I'd like to see a comparison of this with the new 2014 Acura MDX, Audi Q7 V-6, and Buick Enclave.
Ok. The Acura is an amazing value, the AUDI is overrated and the interior parts will wear out quickly and the Enclave is too conservative and kinda boring lol
Looks like northern Virginia. Beautiful. Nice review. Looking for a safe luxury family car.
We are still working on a new intro with new music, glad you liked the driving shots, we do have camera equipment that allows what you are suggesting we just ran of the day light and time to get the shots, but we appreciate the advice :)
Very nice review sir . Like how you went over the whole vehicle . I'll subscribe to your channel
Nice I like the new style of reviewing. If you can get a chance maybe do a qx 56? Haha I love that suv
Wow just wow, excellent review!
Infiniti's should NOT have a CVT... Keep that crap confined to Nissan please.
BRUH WHOEVER WAS MADE FIRST MATTERS

I like your review. Power sucks on that JX but the rest is fine.
I really like his reviews!
4:18 wow brooo😂
I really do like your new commentary, Sofyan. Very professional. However, I think car reviews work better when the narrator is behind the camera.
the start of the video shows you in a very awkward way. Really great reviews.
Listen to what happens to his voice at 4:17.........LOL
Omg what the hell happened to his voice? I had to play that shit back like 5 times...LMFAO!
This is cool but I think I like the old format is better tho.
The Letters are backwards from the Jaguars XJ, Does that mean the Quality is Opposite that of the Jaguars?
I do like those headrests
I like the new layout. Also, Infiniti has made FWD cars before lol. I30, I35 and the G20.
Still working on the new intro music, but I do look a bit too serious, guess I'm still getting used to this style lol
great video!
I wanted to hear the exhaust as well!
I like the new layout, it's kind of like Motorweek lol
MDX is nice but Honda's Nav system with the little occilating toggle switch is just a disaster!
I came to see the 3rd row have to look at another video
Have you ever driven a murano before? I think they look better and drive more sportier.
On a side note, I much prefer my MDX...
It's a pathfinder with a suit and tie
Whats your point? its still a nice car. Worth the money thats for sure & the pathfinder itself is a good car
Kind of like the MDX being a Pilot in a suit and tie and the RX350 is a Highlander in a suit and tie and the GX470 is a 4Runner in a Suit and tie LOl
DC Johnson GX is not 4Runner with suit and tie. It’s based on the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.
this car is cool.
I like more the old intro and the old reviews.
Good review, Thanx.

Which would you choose over the Infiniti Jx35 and the New Acura MDX fully loaded without AWD
Nissan should of put the 3.7 v6 and a 7 speed automatic
I 100% agree. The 3.5L is underpowered from what I've seen in road tests.
+rnorred1986 compared to what?
+rnorred1986 I think it just needs the 300 HP from the maxima but I don't think its underpowered.
The first generation qx56 was the first Infiniti built in the U.S. not the JX.
Would you review the new 2017 qx60? Thanks!
Preferred the old ones, but any change in style takes some getting used to.
Nice car for the intended buyer.
I like the old format better

Loving this car! Don't need the entertainment since all the children (and their mother) have iPads, iPods, and tablets.
i like the new style...but the old format is better...stick to that one
I preferred the old way. This makes it feel more like an Edmunds review or KBB review, and those reviews don't seem as down to earth honest as your guys' reviews.
0:40 isn't this based on the 2013 Pathfinder rather than the "stretched Murano"?
I should be making an updated video of the vehicle soon on this channel
good luck!
i too would prefer that drive train as well.
No exhaust note clips anymore?!?
They're killing the MDX
What kind of car do you drive?
Its like the murano but no seats in the back and no tv
1:53 car looks huge
I do love the new style but can u make updates on your fit on your xoquixxoqafxo channel the old fashioned way once in a while?
How come you have screens
u should review an mdx
we will never go down that path... mark my words lol
I would love to own an fx if only gas prices weren't high
Got worse in 2023 with Brandon
The fully loaded model in the video stickers for $55,700
Actually JX and pathfinder both based on murano.
I actually liked this. It seems more professional, but, if you're going to do this style in the future, make it shorter and don't go over ever single thing. Do it in a way like CNET CarTech. whats so hard to put the fx35 drivetrain! (vq35hr 7spd)
great looking family van, it just needs a v8
i like the old style videos better than the new ones like this one.I have to say i like watching sofyan's face but i do want to see more car and less human.I don't like all these angles either. So in conclusion i think if you keep doing videos with this style they will be boring.
the 3.5 in the Maxima makes 290 HP.
