- Dodge Challenger Scatpack 6.4L 392 V8 Hemi (SRT) runs from Charger 5.7L 345 V8 Hemi Pursuit. The Charger 5.7L pursuit pulls over a Challenger widebody Scatpack 392, the Challenger 392 decides to take off once the officer approaches & the Chase is on. The Challenger Scatpack 392 has about 100hp more vs Charger Pursuit 5.7L at 370hp vs 485hp. The Charger pursuit takes a corner at 100mph which proves to be to much & the chase is over. The Challenger 392 getsaway because of the police misstep while chasing. "blacked out charger" or "Undefeated charger" is much better at driving but this Scatpack 392 can escape.

The first coo, his tires gave him several warnings. He didnt listen. They were not suitable for high speed chase. Probably junk all season tires because of budget cuts.
The first one, Officer needs more training. He almost wrecked four times before he hit the wall.

@@AI-xd1dd theres a lot out there to see. Arkansas state police videos has a lot of mopar chases. Most of their cops are good drivers. One channel has several videos of one specific hellcat always getting away. LOL.

Your eyes can see at distance than a dash cam. What looked out of sight on dash cam sometimes is well within view of your eyes.

I do believe police just want an excuse to speed themselves too. Because I’ve seen some videos where the car got away in less than 20 seconds and the cop keeps going anyways. Then 2 minutes later they decide they had enough and just give it up.

I knew you would post the widebody getting away. This almost looks like it was planned to bait them into a chase. The trip through the neighborhood could tell this trooper was out of area didn't even know those streets. I noticed more often if they take troopers off the highways that is when car gets away from them. They have a tough time getting those police chargers to corner in those narrow streets.
That second cop knew he didn't have a chance and made a wise decision to not chase that Challenger.

When I first got my Scat last year I almost lost it like that. Got performance tires now, but I also learned my limits so I just cruise around now. 😅
I have Sumner tires on my 5.0 and a couple of times I went a sideways giving it gas and scared me for a little while. Lol
Mine had those crappy stock 245s, but I upgraded to Nitto 275s and they are so much better
