    Mujey 1month sey left hips or thora sa left lower back mey pain hey, doctors ko bhi check up kervaya hey, 10-15 pain killer bhi kha li hey per theek nahi hua, 2 din sey markat aasan kiya kuch thora sa theek laga, walk kerney mey koyee dikkat nahi.     It's good know the merits and demerits of practicing yoga -> Halasan as well as its correct methodology/style and stages followed while practice.
    Similarly, it is better to know both advantage and disadvantages of each yoga in a separate video clip. Particularly which category of people can do pratice such yogasana as well as its DO's and Don't to avoid further complication of health issues. MOTTO of YOGA is 4 UPKEEP HEALTH before that 1st to know theory and steps then practice practise to PERFECTION sir

    Meri by pass heart surgery 13 years pehley hui hai. I m 48 years old. Former sports man and doing fitness regularly like walking n doing excercise. Mai kitney Deir yah wala excercise ker Sakta hoon I am doing this exercise two times daily 10 to 15 in a one set. Plz advice
