Great video! Disabling the deep sleep control option in the BIOS fixed the issue with my network adapter not receiving power when shut down.Wake on LAN It's working fine now. :)
if you in windows 11 you can just add it in the "edit quick settings" when you click on the sound/network icon and it should be similar to win 10. Also you could have just dragged it in the hidden icons but this is only on windows 10 (little arrow on taskbar)

6:30 I have been using hibernating my Windows for the past 10 years with Wake on Lan enabled. Absolutely no issues.

Maybe the wifi card needs to be reseated. Happened to my desktop a couple of weeks back.
