    Ingredients :-
    Brinjal - 250gm
    Coriander seed - 2tsp
    Channa dhal - 2tsp
    Urad dhal - 2tsp
    Pepper - 10nos.
    Red chilly - 8nos.
    Hing - 1tsp
    Coconut - 1 cup
    Gingelly oil - 4tsp
    Mustard - 1tsp
    Curry leaves
    Coconut - 1/4cup (Fry)
    Vendaya powder - 1/8tsp
    Jaggery - 1 tsp
    Tamarind - Medium lemon size
    TurmericPowder - 1 / 2tsp
    Salt to taste

And ma’am, I need another piece of information, other than where you got your vessel-holder, where did you purchase the vessel in which you made the rasavangi , with its tight lid, can you please post it in your channel, both these pieces of information?

    Chitra ma’am , I made the rasavangi according to your recipe, the only thing was that I had 3 small brinjals and 3 big ones. My husband was perplexed seeing the big ones and felt I could have chopped them. Anyway, the end result was delicious, thank you. Ma’am, can you post in your channel where you got the vessel you made the rasavangi in?
