I've never seen anything like this with the eggs on the bottom it actually looks really good, I would imagine the sauce would break down the yolk a little and make some extra lush creamy goodness. 😋

I added 5 small potatoes and boiled them in broth. I didn't change anything else about this dish, and it was great! My family demolished it and there are no leftovers.
