- 1920's and 30's Pulp Fiction Writier Robert E Howard Home. Howard was the creator of Conan the Barbarian and Red Sonja. He is considered the father of Sword and Sorcery literature and a leader in pulp ficition along with his close friend HP Lovecraft.

That's really tragic. It must have taken quite a toll on him mentally and physically caring for his mom. Terrible way for his mom to die as well. You can imagine the great stories he might have written in the future. Very interesting. Thanks😊
