The reason this system not work is that the gravity of red pipe is more than white outing pipe. In order to over come this, a valve system and a flactuater can be added. The valve of red pipe won't allow the water to gow down. A flactuater system pulls the water down while a valve keep control of the water flow in one direction. Possibly a pendulam or flywheel can be joined to add little more energy.
I believe some mechanism can defeat Nuton Theory practically as the Earth has vibration energy that could be harvested by such mechanism applications.

@@firdhousr surely it will work because when water goes out the negative pressure will be created in the system which bring the water inside the bottle so the loop is on, science behind this is correct in order to maintain the cycle we need to consider rate of flow of the outlet and the vacuum created in the bottle, accordingly the inlet and outlet to be adjusted

Its fake. its not looping forever. If you notice once the water level drop below input straw pipe, the circulate never did the job anymore. This will cause water pressure decrease and input not equal to output.

The concept will work, just make some adjustments in the straw diameter. Most likely the inlet straw diameter should be relatively smaller than outlet straw, on other hand diameter of one end of outlet straw on the bottle side should be bigger compare to the end where the water goes out so vacuum can be achieved. The plastic bottle usually won't work because it is soft and cannot withstand the vacuum pressure so changing it to tin cans might also do the trick. If you don't believe me then ask MR. Vat. 😊
