  • Check out the fourth part of five video reviews of the Nicolai Saturn M.G.U.
    If you came here to see how to win, you're too late! But there are other live comps on my website to check out here astonmtb.com/
    -----
    Check out the other parts of the review then try to win this bike and some other amazing products at astonmtb.com/
    These reviews and all of my work is 100% crowdfunded by the MTB public via my competitions. The only products I offer to win have passed the AstonMTB test and I really believe are the best options on the market. Check out my current competitions here: astonmtb.com/
    About me: lifelong MTB rider and racer. Bad World Cup downhiller and a slightly better EWS racer. Qualified MTB coach and guide. 5 years as the European Technical Editor for Pinkbike, followed by some years of testing and prototyping for brands within the industry.
    Now I've thrown everything into this project to create the best independent bike reviews in the world.
    These products are bought at full retail price, and the reviews are funded 100% by competition ticket sales and donations. Buying a ticket not only gives you a chance to win cool bike stuff but also to support more and more independent reviews. This is a community effort, you can support these reviews, or get your information elsewhere which is always funded directly by the brands or through their advertising budgets...
    Thanks to everyone for the support so far!

    "Double Sealed bearings" and they still use an classical way for the way the cables and brake housings go. - not through the steering bearing. I can only appreciate that

    What do you prefer about mullet with your long legs? In my eyes the main advantage is "butt clearance" for smaller riders or bikes with 180+ travel

    • @astonmtb2428
      @astonmtb2428  3 месяца назад +2

      The way the mullet wheels turn: they just drop in to corners betters and the rear wheel is always slightly oversteering so it’s more predictable

    So how are you going make the suspension more linear, are you getting a different link made up?

    Ah, the press test rider's get to buy one, but you try buying one if you're just an every day rider. I've contacted Nicolai and Vincent a couple of times now and have sent a further email to Max this afternoon. I'd really love an XXL Frame, but i'm not having much joy at the moment.

      Grow up please. It's simply about enjoying life even more. Purists run the trails barefoot or swim the English channel unassisted. The The magic of Emtbs is that they turn us into gleeful kids again and broaden our ability to explore terrain multiplying the joy of one of mans greatest gravity cheating inventions the bicycle. They are a Time Machine. If you want to go Cycling ride a 7kg road bike but if you simply want to have Fun ride a full power Emtb hard and fast flowing up and down and you will be ALIVE not just living. Its the Evolution of human thinking and that's why E=Mtb².
