Does these coils work on a stock ecu?

Yes but requires special wiring. You can get the special wiring adapter at ohm-racing.com . It’s called OHM Racing Plug & Play IGN-1A “Smart” Coil Ignition system. The price is pretty expensive though.

What plate did you use for those coils? It looks like a JMF type? I like these coils but man they are so big. I see people mounting these further off the engine, but then we have to run long spark plug wires. I haven't ran spark plug wires since 2008..lol

It is a JMF plate , yeah the coils are bulky but if it’s done right it’ll look good, plus I can run shorter wires and I know they’ll handle 1000hp easily

Alot of the ign1a kits for 2jz, they just simplify it and ground it all to 1 point... i guess itll still work. But not 100% the correct way...now that being said, i think itll work either way

You need an engine block earth to power them 🤦 head is just to fire them

You just need to attach it to your star grounding point. 1 ground wire goes to Ecu reference Ground and the rest to your star grounding point on the head or block
