For 12v are you running a relay per coil? Or obe relay for a pair of coils? What size relay?
Where did you get the plate they are bolted to?
JmFabrications.com
Did you know if that plate fit the AEM Coils? BTW nice work
Yes the plate will fit the AEM IGN-1A coils . Thanks, make sure to like the video and subscribe to the channel more videos coming soon.
And just wondering what loom covering you're using please?
Insultherm Tru-Fit , from milspecwiring.com
@@nexxracing any idea what size you used to fit those wires in? Sorry I'm from Australia the us sizes are bizarre to me :)
So for wiring loom I used
SLEEVING 1/4 inch that’ll fit a couple wires in one sleeve
And then to fit 1 or 2 wires I used
SLEEVING 1/8 inch
To fit almost all the wires needed for the IGN1A wires i used 1/2 inch
For labeling the wires i used:
Clear Heat Shrink Tubing 1/8"
Hi! What label maker did you use to label your wires like that? Are they heatshrink labels?
I used a Dymo label maker, they’re not really meant for this but it worked. I used a heat shrink tubing and put the label in there and heat shrunk it over the wire with the label inside it. Looks really good.
@@nexxracing thanks so much and thank you for the video! Did you end up also adding an earth strap from the block to the body? Did you use star point earning and earth the battery to the block?
So my star point grounding will be the head . What I will do is a thick ground cable from battery to the head and then I will do a smaller size cable from the head to the chassis/body
@@nexxracing thanks so much.. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer!
No problem
what spark plug wires are you running?
They’re ones made by InductionPerformance if you go to there website www.inductionperformance.com they’re called IGN1A Spark Plug Wires they’re made for the Supra but will fit the 4G63 plugs I have confirmed they work and work very well!
@@nexxracing okay cool thank you
