When you set this up with Exudos, can you also access the wallet through the native trezor program? also are there any features that you are losing?

Hi there for private wallet connections. Can you allow capitals if you want to type the secret pass phrase through the trezor app. It won't allow me to do upper case letters, only if i type via the PC, which I'm not comfortable in doing.

I recommend holding off on typing in your seed phrase until our Support Team gets back to you via email. I use exodus on my mobile phone and a well know exchange to buy my crypto. Do I need a laptop or computer to run the terzor wallet? I would ideally like to.be able to run It all from my phone or a tablet?

Customers with a Trezor are able to receive funds to their account from a mobile device when synced to a desktop, though. Can I store VECHAIN ( VET ) in trezor from exodus cuz on their main site they dont support it

Can I stake Solana from Trezor, similar to Solflare and NuFi?
With trezor you add another layer of security to move funds from exodus wallet, is that correct? or it has nothing to do with exodus funds?
Excellent question. You can manage your Trezor funds inside Exodus. However, first, you'd have to move some funds to your Trezor for the added security benefits (whether you send funds from Exodus or another platform).

Great question! When you connect your Trezor to Exodus, you can choose to send and receive funds directly to your Trezor.
May I ask where your funds are now, or where they are coming from? Are you trying to send funds from your Exodus wallet to your Trezor? I'd be happy to dive deeper here.
Basically, the two wallets will be joined by an API connection, so your crypto will be sent to whichever wallet you choose since you're self-managing your funds.
Once you have your Trezor integrated with your Exodus wallet, then you can manage both within one beautiful software application while also enjoying all of the security benefits that Trezor has to offer:

You are already on your way to becoming a master at self-custody. Since both Exodus and Trezor are self-custodial wallets, you'll need to hold enough gas to cover networks fees when transacting in either of the wallets 🙏

Can i still connect my trezor to exodus after ive set up on the trezor suite? Will installing the new firmware affect the funds i have in my wallet?
Great question! Absolutely, you can set up your Trezor in Exodus after setting it up in Trezor Suite and completing the firmware updates.

Before continuing, make sure you have your Trezor's secret recovery phrase. The data on your Trezor could be erased if you are updating from an older firmware version, or if your Trezor loses the connection while updating. If this happens, the only way you will be able to recover your Trezor wallet is with its secret recovery phrase.

Hey! 👋 Private keys and secret recovery phrases for cold wallets (Trezor) are generated in an offline environment. A Trezor device doesn't connect to the internet, and the secret recovery phrase for the wallet is generated offline. Exodus never has access to your seed phrase. The Trezor portfolio on Mobile is view-only. You can only send crypto from your Trezor on Exodus Desktop 👉 www.exodus.com/support/article/1552-trezor-on-exodus-mobile.
You should never import your Exodus 12-word secret recovery phrase into a hardware wallet like Trezor because it negates the main benefit of having a Trezor, which is that the Trezor secret recovery phrase is generated on a device that isn't connected to the internet. You should keep them as separate wallets only 👉 www.exodus.com/support/article/2175-trezor-faqs#restore-exodus-wallet.
Finally, just to clarify, Exodus doesn't require any sign-ups or "accounts" to use the wallet since Exodus is a self-custody wallet. Only the holder of the 12-word secret recovery phrase has full access to the wallet/private keys 👉 www.exodus.com/support/article/2140-whats-the-difference-between-a-custodial-wallet-and-a-non-custodial-wallet.

Need assistance please, new wallet just set up ... minute 2:40 "transfer funds" button on left side of the "send" button, I do not have that option ( I am wanting to send my TFUEL to my trezor wallet) I am a newbie, I am stumped here, is this because I do not have any Theta in my Exodus? I bought a new Trezor its on the way because my Monero XMR is stuck in Conomi wallet. I will enter my 24 word seed in trezor then connect it to Exodous to recover my coins. If this does not work I'm in trouble. Exodus has a 12 word seed so I needed to buy Trezor 1.

Can you still stake on a trezor?
You can stake with Trezor, absolutely. For the APY on assets shown in Exodus, however, we have yet to develop the ability to stake those assets with your Exodus-Trezor wallet. This is a feature we have heard requested and are currently discussing. I don' have any plans to share at the moment, so stay tuned to those fortnightly wallet updates. -SL

There's a mistake, Firefox is not a Chromium-based browser
You're right Puffy. Firefox runs on Quantum browser engine. However, Trezor works with Firefox so you should be good either way. 🙂 - AC
