Because the 17th century had enormous effects on the present day.
Apart from the reformation itself the 17th century is the most impactful century of the last 1000 years.
It’s is when the reformation crystallised and Europe started to have lots of long and bloody wars with each other, Ottoman Turks would try to invade Europe multiple times to take advantage of this which is why you have European Muslim countries like Bosnia and Albania and the 17th century is when international finance took power in multiple revolutions across the continent of Europe condemning the world to a state of perpetual modern warfare.

@@itacom2199 communist are the problem for they always disturb the peace within a nation and then wonder why many people join the right wing organizations against the communist. The reason is they want to have peace restored within their nation in exchange that the communist are put down. Take for example The Spanish Civil War for example there were many communist who burned down churches and wanted to outlaw Christianity but the problem with that is most people in that era in Spain were Christians and never thought that through and as a consequence many people joined the side of The Spanish nationalist in The Spanish Civil War. In the Communist Manifesto if I recall correctly calls for every worker to rebel against the business owner and to overthrow the government without the thought of class collaboration and doing a negotiation with the business owner to get better wages and better working conditions in exchange for their labor not mention to gain power peacefully in an election instead of through violence if communist wanted to be more positively favored. The problem with the idea of class warfare and spreading words about it will only cause class division in turn leading to disunity among the people without the thought of trying to find a way that both sides may help each other in improving society.

1649, January 20. King Charles I of England, Scotland and Ireland is lead into Westminster hall, wich had been remade to be the "High court of justice" for a few months untill they get rid of the king. The very man who started a bloody civil war by pissing of a large percentage of the country with he's absolutist policies is lead in front of a judge and a trial against a king who, by English law had divine authority to rule and therefore those who question he's power question God started. After a week, parliament, through a few lies and schemes manages to gather enough witnesses against the king and finally execute the king on January 30 with charges of tyranny, treason and murder. This song is about the long and bloody civil war wich began 7 years prior to that, however not much changes in England when it comes to ruling, parliament appoints Oliver Cromwell to be lord-protector (basically a dictator with an oligarchic parliament) and he lived in the royal palace, dissolved a parliament and appointed it's leaders himslef, banned many personal liberties, closed theatres, massacred many thousands of catholics and he forced people to reffer to him as "he's highness" Cromwell can be described as someone who overthrew a tyrannical king and became a tyrannical dictator, not much else to say here.

The song " The World Turned Upside Down " uses the same melody/tune as "When The King Enjoys His Own Again"
" The World Turned Upside Down " is about the Roundheads (Cromwell's supporters) banning the celebration of Christmas.
    * "When the King Enjoys His Own Again" * has two different sets of lyrics/verse (that are similar) These can be found written out
on the Wikipedia page "When the King Enjoys His Own Again" along with a history of the song.
