So, I'm old. I remember watching people play this on RUclips 15 years ago when it first came out. And it is hilarious to me how different it is to watch people play this now. The reactions to things when this first came out were completely different to how people playing for the first time now react. The decisions made. The playstyle. I've seen the world change in so many ways, just in the way people play FO3 now compared to the way it was played 15 years ago.

All in all, I have a total of 450+ hours in Fallout 3. It is my favourite game. Open worlds have come a long way but when it first came out Fallout 3 was impressive enough to win game of the year. Still one of the best games ever

If there's one thing I remember about DC in 3 is so many of the buildings having an interesting classical art deco style. That and all the head statues on buildings for some reason. Not sure why this is the case but it does give the city a rather unique look and of course helps to remind us that the Fallout series is set in an alternate universe/timeline and thus this DC is not "our" DC
The art style is from fallout 1 and 2!! The style and head statues are a style the enclave liked and since the enclave were the elite and powerful pre-war that’s why it looks like that! All the enclave bases look like that in 1 and 2. But Bethesda/obsidian moved away from that in later games to their own art style and architecture

In Speedrunning there's categories like "Any%" so "Orphan%" would be the fastest way to make someone an orphan. So they're saying Flutten is their favourite streamer in that (non-existent) category.
How is she having so many weird things happen in her game - an Enclave encounter before Waters Of Life, the deathclaw, that one ghoul that spawned outside of the locked gate, that weird AF radroach spawn?? 47:12 Her save is cursed
60FPS might effect the physics That prity much gose for every bathesda game. Its why with bathesda removeing teh FPS limet is almost detrimental to the games. But these games are great fallout 3 is what got me into fallout and is my second favret fallout game after fallout 4. stuff made on the creation engien seems to have the physics tied to the FPS If U set gloable time scale to like 5 shit will go wild. also the metro systum thing leading to small maps in DC. it was do to hardwear issuse back in the day. Same reasion fallout new vegas has vegas needlessly divided. fallout 3 is just a bit more confuseing do to the underground network but there are brotherhood signs that will lead u To GNR and the mall.

Btw flut, you can heal specific limbs by going into the status on the pip-boy and pressing X I think
