How bad is the drone with the cat delete? I’m thinking about going catless, but I don’t have any resonators anymore, so I don’t know if it’s going to be an issue.
Sorry for the late response, this is honestly a tricky answer. So I still have a resonator and mufflers. They are smaller than the factory once but I still have them. My personal take on your question is, if you car is already loud and your good with how it sounds. Removing the cats shouldn’t add any drone in my opinion. The cats purpose isn’t necessarily to muffle or tone down sound compared to the resonator and mufflers. I think you should go for it! If you can manage to undo the bolts that hold the cat to you exhaust, if you end up not likening it, it’s always Easier to undo it once it’s been done the first time.
@@Spartan_660 I’ve definitely gotten used to the drone that comes with the muffler/resonator delete, it doesn’t bother me at all (or maybe I’m just going deaf at this point lol), but in all seriousness, my real concern was that I didn’t want to add more drone to the car than it already has. But like you said, the cats shouldn’t really have anything to do with that. Is it possible to have a cat delete, and then have shorty headers installed?
Well see now we are getting into maybe more drone. So 1 you could just do the cat delete with out doing headers as well. I personally was trying to do headers then the cat delete but to get the cats removed from the headers at least on my car were impossible. It was just easier to delete the Eveyrthkng and install the cat delete pipe and the headers. Now with that being said I do personally thing that if you do cat delete AND a short headers that you could introduce more drone. I don’t think the cats alone would do much if anything at all since they arent made specifically to open up or do much. But when you do header they are meant to open up the air and have the air move more rapid. So with both of them there is a high high chance of adding more drone. With a light chance of the drone tone just changing.
What I ended up using pretty much a mini Catalytic Converter . You can buy a mini cat that plugs into you o2 sensor , then you plug the 02 sensor into that. It makes the computer believe you have cats
Unfortunately the exact leg pipes I have aren’t sold anymore. They were sold and made by lethal performance. It seems like shorty after I made that video the stop selling them.
I don’t know exactly what you are referring to? I googled stage 8 locking kit and I got a bunch of bolts? So if you are referring to using some of there bolts or nuts to I am guessing installing the exhaust, no no I didn’t. Let me know if you were asking something different
Dude you could grab jimmy johns so fast with that.
Hi,how are the headers holding up after 2 years ? Mine are are still good but only put 1k miles lol.
Hey, how’s it going? I’ve had 0 problems with them since I installed them. I would highly expect them to last another two years.

How did you erase the catalyst check engine

What kind of leg pipes were it for v6 or how did you do it

Did you use stage 8 locking kit or similar? I was told stage 8 dont make kit for 15-17 v6..appreciate any info thanks..

I’m going with the bbl ceramic headers, A.M.R has a titanium coated headers that looks awesome. Have anyone used those headers?
Not sure I’ve never heard of them having thay.
Keep the content coming, I’m am V6 mustang owner.
@@cyclonekevin6199 I’m trying my best, these last couple months have been iffy but that’s the plan
