I’m learning about all your delicious cuisines and I can’t help but admire the way you prepare them all so effortlessly causing my tastebuds to tingle even though I can’t physically taste 🥰🥰🥰
Nwanne I'm really learning from you how to cook some food. Tomorrow I want to impress my wife by cooking ofensala she will be surprise when she returns from work. Like as kizz Daniel said, I want to impress my love. Thanks a lot sis.
I am not a Nigerian and that greens soup looks really tasty and it will go well with rice for me because I am not use to eating fufu with greens other then with okra and light soup.
When you grow up in Akwa Ibom. The very last ingredient to be added in ukwoko affang soup is red oil, first one is either water leaf or spinach if you're where they don't sell water leaf
I am very offended because of how important affang is for me. The guy is doing unnecessary hyping which is nice but that's not affang soup, the water leaf should have been shredded more than that and cooked alone first before anything and where is the second main ingredient which is ekporoko, the essence of the affang won't really be appreciated without ekporoko
That's how the Igbos and the rest of Nigeria make Okazi soup, proper affang soup looks to consistently green and leafy, when I make it, you don't pick the affang off the meat, you dig the meat out of the affang soup, I wouldn't eat that, that looks more like nsana or beef pepper soup
Ma'am, this is not how to prepare afang soup abeg, believe me that a lot of women will be sent home if they eventually follow this your dirty steps of preparing afang soup

You should try fufu with soups like this🥰
It goes well with either pounded yam, garri, Semovita, wheat and fufu. You would be glad you tried it out.

You're right. The proper Affang soup from calabar/Akwa ibom looks different. She try in her way.

Hey...he does love food🤣🤣🤣. Pls find me on IG @ifys.kitchen. I'd love to connect with you.
Adding pepper for colour? What???? The only colour affang should have is strictly green.
