    Also I miss your first workouts you posted-the upper body 15 min with dumbbells and lower body 15 mins! The more intense the better!

    Sami, I have been working out with you from the beginning and they are superbly effective. Your inner thigh workout is the best thing i found on RUclips.It will be great if you share a chest targeted workout also.Lots of love.

      I have always tried to maintain a pretty healthy lifestyle but a couple years back I really made it my priority.I don't feel like I have goal to hit, just doing whatever feels best for me

    Do you lift heavy in addition to these workouts? I have been doing your workouts but I am not growing muscle. How can I do this? Thanks so much Sami!

      I’m no professional but yeah you need weights to really grow muscle along with eating more/ enough sleep. You can definitely tone by using bands consistently though!
