    I really like the method you employed. I usually leave them uncut but this looks like a real flavor enhancer. Well done!

    I have been making ribs like this for 20 years and all I do is cut them up (2 or 3 racks) 😊and throw them in a pile on my charcoal grill and keep rotating them every half hour... in my humble opinion most people worried about trimming too much who cares what they look like I'm not in a competition😂

    • @FOGOcharcoal
      @FOGOcharcoal  8 месяцев назад

      We have another one coming out where we cut them up and grill them and they were outstanding! I'm with you on the trimming

      @@FOGOcharcoal Thanks for responding. I'm always open to new ideas. So, I went to Home Depot today and picked up a 17 pound bag for $22. WIth my military discount, it is $20. Not nearly as expensive as I thought I saw it before. I am currently using Rockwood, but it has slowly raised its' price to match the premium brands. I like Rockwood quite a bit... it puts off no off putting flavors like some. But, I have noticed lately, that the pieces have been getting smaller, to the point that they are falling through the ash basket. So, I will do a few cooks with your product, and I will update then.
