That looks super delicious, I'll be making some. The one thing that I'd do a little different, I'd cut the meat into a few chunks
and sear over high heat on the grill or on a pan to add some more flavor.

I recently Ordered the green egg grill with the charcoal
Honestly I was so excited! But after cooking with this product I just realized how cheaply made it is the charcoal you can taste in the food it’s very cheap burns way to fast just does not get hot enough to cook the meat how I like it I highly recommend staying AWAY from these products specially the green egg

Great video Captain Ron! I liked it so much I bought a Romertopf bbq dutch oven through the link. It didnt come with any user instructions about soaking or seasoning the pot, just a booklet in several languages with a couple tips, like use hot gloves to handle it. I reached out through the Kookio site and haven't heard back. Any tips you have would be great.

This is one of my favorite videos of recent!! (They're all good, I just love chili)
    So, Matt's show notes:
    1. We use a can opener the same way. And, people look at me funny😂
    2. Heat proof gloves are underrated. I have MechanixWear, and 1 size up nitrile will fit right over them.
    3. I do ground chuck, but at home. Only 1 pass through the largest plate of my grinder, so it's still chunky. However, I love your low and slow shredded method!
    4. Texas always! I'm a 🚫🫘 guy 💯
    5. Inquiry... Love the clay pot... Temp it can withstand?
    6. Fritos thicken it beautifully! Last time I made, I gave them a quick spin in my mini prep, and stirred them in. Maybe the last half hour.
Thanks for another awesome video Captain!!
