I dmd him and asked the same question. He replied saying mostly in cine2 but if it’s super bright outside then he sometimes will shoot in slog 2
i wonder why he can slow down the video in 20% , usually i slow down my video in 50% , the shot doesnt even smooth , isnt he shooting in S&Q?

I think he filmed it with an idea to what he wanted his video to look like, then went to look for music and edited it to match that
He's a professional editor so i think he could easily edit music to fit the scene.
I usually film first then pic the music and then make it fit with cuts
There is no right way to do it. It's all based on ur own preference and goals.
