      I think it's based on your geographical location too. He belongs to a community where people are more lactose tolerant. For me, I can digest a lot of meat, fish and eggs but a glass of milk wreaks havoc on my system.

    Many of my colleagues think it's impossible to drink 1 Litre milk daily. But if you have been drinking milk since childhood ( A glass in morning before going to school, a glass in evening before going out to play, a glass of haldi doodh after dinner) it's no big deal to drink 1 Litre milk.
    One senior of mine drinks' daal by putting it in glass and the rest of the people are just in shock. He's also from Haryana

    Those who are wondering about tge absorption of his diet....that diet and that body is not made in a day or a weak.... For natural muscle hypertrophy...it's always a slow and progressive curve for a long period of time to adapt that diet and achieve the muscle mass....

      Also people forget that he is also blessed with insane genetics. If you look at his old pictures you’ll see how jacked he was even during his early years of training. I wish I could digest just as much dairy as him tho 😢

      All of us don't have much time to workout. He is almost spending 4 hrs for the overall workout daily. Eating so many calories also needs to burn the same. So following his advice for diet is not correct at all.

    Very few people can afford this diet, but hats off to him for dedication. For a beginner/ average fitness enthusiast, protein shake is not required.

      Protein shake is to supplement deficit in protein intake, which is always the case in beginners, its when you advance you look for further sources of protein to enhance muscle mass! Point being protein shakes get a bad rep but they are definitely a must unless you eat crazy amount of poultry and highly protein viable food.

      He has his own cows, it’s super cheap for him. Only dry fruits are expensive, even whey protein is cheap, you can get raw whey for roughly 50-60rs per scoop.

      It is not like that! If you're unable to complete daily protein intake from your diet then supplement it.
      Per gram protein costing for whey protein is cheaper or equal to the other protein sources.

      Same 😂😂. I understand he works out twice a day so he burns enough to sustain himself. But for normal people like us we will die from clogged arteries. Itna ghee, dairy aur dry fruits Roz khaoge toh cholesterol levels will sky rocket 😂😂

    Matlab daily ka protein intake approx 200-210gms.😮
    135gms minimum toh sirf 1kg Milk+Curd se hi mil jayega.

      Ek video mein maine dekha ki wo apple lene gaye lekin Rs 200 sunke unhone apple nahi li. Ab bata sponsorship ke paise hote toh 200 kya badi baat thi?
      Ab bohot paise honge unke paas, lekin uss time nahi the. Paise bachane se liye apne body se compromise nahi kiya.

    To everyone who thinks they can follow this diet, well do not, you are not ankit, ankit's genetics is amazing and his metabolism is way superior compared to normal persons, he works out 5-6 hours a day, so mehnat vi utna karte he ankit bhai, hum jese normal log agar unke jitna ghee khayenge aur sirf kuch time work out karke sochenge sab pach jayega, bhai tabyat kharap hoga so do not do this

      @@DraculaMachine-zs9bu in india that's a pretty good genetics, and genetics id not always about being big, it is also about having an aesthetic body, he was ripped even when he was a boy, and ankit is not a body builder, he has intrest in wrestling , and wrestlers do work out a lot, ankit focuses on endurance not size, yes powerlifters can lift way more weight than him, but they won't able to do 100-200 push ups and pull ups, even pro body builders struggle at those, but ankit does them with ease, and ankit's metabolism is really good, a normal person cant eat 1kg of curd and huge amounts of ghee and not have stomach issues, he gave his diet, doesnot mean everyone can follow that diet, not everyone can workout as consistently as him for years and years, he has been working out when he was 16-17 i guess, he said it in a podcast, and with that consistency he passed the 75 hard easily, nit everyone can eat everything and digest then as efficiently

      1 litre amul milk costs 56rs, you can make 1kg dahi from it as well. 1 scoop of whey costs 50-60rs. Also, he has his own cows so dairy is cheap for him.

      In their village it's almost free considering the fact that most Haryana households practise cattle husbandry so diary products which he consumes are free, for bread he comes from a agro based state so those aren't any expensive either rest is almost as negligible as it requires.

    Let's get this clear :- drinking one kg milk or eating 1kg curd is not the problem the problem is your energy need.
    1 kg milk will have about 660 calories
    If you are an adult with little to no excercise in daily life then you only need 2000 calories at max. Going any further will only result in excess body fat.
    That 1 kg of milk will be replacing one of your daily meal, if you have no problem then go ahead.
    Ghee again is a type of fat just like any oil, fats are generally super dence in calories so it's easy to eat excess calories.
    Ankit do much more physical activity than us so he need more energy/calories. He can eat 3000 to 4000 without having to worry about getting fat.

    Best diet for beginners:-
    Before breakfast:- lukewarm lemon water and 1 litre lukewarm water
    Breakfast:- 7 dates 7 figs 7 kishmish 7 almonds 7 walnuts 7 kaju 7 pista chana 2 spoons honey 1 banana and 2 boiled eggs or 2 omelettes (fried in ghee)
    Between breakfast and lunch 1 litre water
    Lunch:-
    2 corn chapatis curry curd and salad
    Evening snack:- any fruit with yogurt
    Dinner:- same as lunch
    Before sleeping:- 500 ml water
    Avoid these 5 things:-
    1.sugar
    2.maida
    3.mustard oil
    4.Diary products
    5.alcohol
