There's lots of video showing how to do this even though it's so easy it doesn't need a video. No one shows how to do the driver side which looks really hard.
Working on 2007 3.5L impala. Just replaced the one behind the glove box on left side and that one still makes noise too. I only have a single temp control, not dual. The new one was already lined up in same position as old one and tightened it down and plugged it back up and as I was going through settings, the new one started making the tap/click sound again. I felt it with my hand. Faulty new part? It was TEE ADA112 from Napa. Cost me around $26.
What will happened, if we change the the white nipple manually, instead or hooking up to the actuator and doing it, will your blend door be misconfigured and blow out cold air? Because my vehicle is blowing out cold air still, and I changed all three of my actuators but I didn't do the blend door the way you did, I did with the other 2.
2010 chevy impala, driver side vents not blowing cold like the passenger side until its circulated thru for a few mins. Replaced driver side actuator hoping to fix the issue. Still having the same issue. Any ideas? Any help is most appreciated!
I thought the temp door actuator was on the driver side. The 2 on the passenger are for the recirculating and for the different modes.. for a 2013 malibu
U forgot to show how to calibrate it, even though you got car to align with direction, it likely STILL isn’t calibrated.. how 1 does that, without doing it rong, is VERY well kept secret👋
+Bennie Boy Not necessarily. There could be many different factors that point to the parts being defective. We suggest having local mechanic check out the vehicle to determine exactly what is causing the issue.
@@1derncool Oddly enough, driver-side control rotates input shaft for actuator shown behind the glove box. Traditional-size socket wrench doesn’t have room to loosen screws, used a socket screwdriver

How does the blend door move without being attached to the blend door motor? Isn't that what the motor is for???
Thanks for the explanation of how to get into the club box another video didn't provide that It was so easy once I knew what to do
Great Video. Right to the point, Nice job

So I change my blind door and heater was working before only when I was driving and now heater doesn’t work both way idle or driving

Will it affect anything or the ability to drive if I just disconnect it until I can get a new one?
+@nsorg8 This will not affect the ability to drive if it is disconnected.
This guy is the best
They show the easy one How do you remove the motor for cabin air door. It's hard to reach
Why do you show all 3 of them.

Do they have to make Noise for them be Bad?

What happened what what happens if it what happens if it's the other side
I'll find out tomorrow. First im going to open and drop down the glovebox and feel around for whatever is clicking...
What happens if it's the passenger side
That was the passenger side no clove box on the driver side.
Youll notice he is working with the driver side control, so this is for the driver side actuator.

This is not the location for a 2013
There’s 3
How about the driver side? Literally, everyone can do this one.
