Are there any specific techniques or movements for a smoother catch and release? I'm having difficulty returning to the starting position after recovery. I don't want to shoot the seat out from the directory under me, and I also don't want to lean too far back and destabilize my glutes on the pad. I'm using a core concept 2 FYI.
