It is douchebaggery, but since there was a traffic ban anyway, let's show these people that it is possible to drive safely in the snow when there is no traffic. There were definitely a few traffic violations committed, but with almost no other traffic on the roads through town (American cities in general do not have any streets) it was easy to let a white guy have some fun.

Man, you're living in your own little bubble if you think their constant killings and violence is normal behavior for cops. Try meeting cops from other countries, like in western European countries, then you'll understand what are real chill cops that are part of the community in every aspect.
