Unravelling Anxiety Extra - Ivan

Ivan is Deputy Director and Public Health Lead at Asian Family Services.
He has experienced General Anxiety Disorder from an early age due to an unstable family background.
With his father coming and going into their family life and the family having to relocate often, Ivan started experiencing panic attacks at primary school.
Growing up in a collective culture made it very hard to ask for help, especially with cultural expectations almost forcing people to hide their feelings.
