I currently have a rx6600xt paired with a ryzen 3 3200g which bottlenecks it like 40-50% and i still get more than 70 fps on witcher 3 ultra+ preset so idk maybe you had driver issues or benchmark are wrong
First of all, the bottleneck is not that big with that CPU, especially at that quality settings. Secondly you would need to test it on the same scenario, with FXAA and same quality settings.The drivers are good and are the same for the rest of the tests, and the metrics for the GPU are good too. I think the differences might be because you are running the game at DX11, as on DX12 the Radeon cards seem to have lower performance in this game in particular.
rx 580 is by far faster than the 5600g integrated graphics so yea it will be totally fine until you buy a gpu that you rly want. Make sure that your power supply is a good quality 450 watt and it has 8 pin connector

if u already have a 5600g the rx 580 wont be much of an upgrade, u should probably save up a bit more than a 580 if ur buying

True, something gone wrong, the rtx3070 should make at least 17K on Timespy. The benchmark of rtx3060ti is OK instead, 11K on Timespy is right
Time Spy does not work like that as it also takes into account the CPU. Here I'm putting only the GPU score so it's perfectly fine.
