Do you still use/recommend this printer? I was considering one for business, but I noticed how long it’s been since this video was created, and how long this specific printer has been on the market.
Its a great printer for a startup business. Its a space saver if you don't have much space. The only downside is the speed. Its not the fastest on the market but its the most accurate in their line from what I've seen. The print quality is better because it doesn't go so fast so to me its a good tradeoff for a small business. If you don't have a lot of business and you wanna put out some great quality product then its perfect for that. But if you're looking for volume, you should look into a bigger one if you have space for it.
@@aphiahnyemba7091 I'm not sure on the model number but roland has release quite a few new ones. You should check their site and see what will work for you space wise.
You will most definitely achieve great print quality with the white ink option. As long as you are purchasing the machine new and select the white ink option you will be fine. If you already own the machine, you can't change your ink selection.
I have this printer, while it does a good job, if you have experience with wide format printer/cutters, this is much slower in both printing and cutting. Another issue is that for some reason it limits the widths of material, you can't just put anything up to it's 20" limit. I had to buy a 30" roll as it was the only size available at the time, had it cut to 20", then it turned out the printer would not accept the 10" width remnant. But it has been reliable for stickers and heat transfers, and takes large cartridges.
