The aether dimension is a mod. A long time ago a lot of people thought it was not a mod and they thought it was actually in Minecraft and they got disappointed when it didn’t work
In the early days of Minecraft there were rumors of a "heaven" dimension, the opposite of the nether. Now of course its not an actual thing but someone ended up making a mod of that rumor which is used in the vid.
The aether mod is one of the very first mod ever created in minecraft. It has inspired A lot of the mod community back then and I have seen more crazier ones,especially mod packs like rl craft. Some crazy mod packs like crazy craft,hexxit.
In the uk it’s legal for a child 5-16 years to drink at home 16-17 with an adult in public and 18+ to buy your own drinks. Tubbo is 17 so technically Jshlatt can give Tubbo a drink lol.
