@@user-yw8nd3od4o i get loads of professional help since 2023. They have changed my mindset. I sometimes believe when I struggle and am alone, it brings me closer to God. God provides, comforts me, listens to me and blesses. I have a best friend in him and that's all that matters. I am negative icl but I am learning and growing. I have learnt suffering and depression grows you as a person. I do yoga when I feel myself being negative or feel i'll self sabotage. It's about having ur coping mechanisms, connecting with God, finding yourself and what you enjoy and partaking in those activities. Seek professional help and try practice being optimistic. Know bad feelings pass and a time will come where you will have joy. Have faith everything will get better and work towards it.
im on my 6 month focus & seeing you focused on yourself is big achievements g. Proud to say, you really do see big improvements when you start focusing on yourself more, your graft etc. Turning 18 in may and also moving to dubai to chase my dreams, hoping to see you at the top too! all you need is to focus on yourself to achieve your goals, dont give up guys!
