U should try keep ur biceps more still when doing barbell curls and also move ur hands further out on bench. Otherwise love ur content bro, can see u going big
try to do a certain split for your workouts, don't train chest back and bicep on the same day. for a start ppl (push, pull, legs) split would be very good. Keep working hard either way
Also cut out the whey protein it will leave you bloated and it’s not good for you man try eggs chicken mince and if you’re bulking eat more clean carbs less processed

i tried creatine for a few months and didnt notice any changes so i personally dont think its worth it ngl
First piece of advice for bulking don’t warm up by doing cardio
