When you’re doing Dumbbell shoulder press, hold the dumbbells at a 45° angle, will blow your shoulders up!

Remember to put the clips on the end of the barbells. The plates were going everywhere😂
On the first workout keep your elbows tucked in around a 45 degrees cause you’ll end up putting to much pressure on your shoulders
