    Yo bro great vid since ur tryna bulk avoid cardio before ur session it’s useless id say stretch off well and do like an easy bodyweight exercise eg pushups first so u don’t get injured while lifting also for quicker muscle mass and strength gains id say lift a weight that u can do max 6-8 reps of push hard stay blessed g

    When you’re doing Dumbbell shoulder press, hold the dumbbells at a 45° angle, will blow your shoulders up!

    On the first workout keep your elbows tucked in around a 45 degrees cause you’ll end up putting to much pressure on your shoulders
