I love ZATOICHI movies....I had Zatoichi vs The Bodyguard. ...with Mifune Toshiro....I believe I lent it out and never got it back.

It's always worth a chuckle to see their table manners -- starving hyenas would be appalled. It is balanced out by his massage technique -- somewhere between rugby scrum and prison beatdown. haha

As for a German the episodes with this kind of music created an intensive feeling in my heart. Fate seems destined to the disaster but a fighting spirit in a quiet concentration masters all for a final happiness.
This channel is amazing. This the type of stuff I been wantin to watch since I was a kid. I wish they had a network that showed all classic Japanese entertainment back then like this.
I really enjoyed this episode, the big sumo wrestler guy so funny taking free food & not giving zero f when they were at the gambling place , man was so innocent 💯🤣🤣🤣

when i first got too thailand i never had realised how beautiful asian women could be,after discovering zatoichi ,some of the actresses are easily amongst the most beautiful in the world,katsu is also one of the most talented actors,musicians,directors and swordsmen in ma cinema!bless him and all his works!rip great shintaro katsu!!!
I met a nice Thai lady and we spent a lot of time together whilst I worked on a project there over 12 months.
I lived on site and I didn’t socialise much.
She was one of my few connections, as much as I was invited out I’d almost always decline. I going blind with retinitis pigmentosa and didn’t want them to know. And in many environments it’s a struggle to move about safely 9”or to find people even with a small cafe.
She used to invite me back to her home and she’d make Pa Thong Ko and Pandan coconut custard. We could buy it from a street vendor, but she enjoyed making it for me. I make Pa Thong Ko got friends now and I don’t make a good coconut custard.
Not just beautiful women, but many have beautiful hearts.
I watched Zatoichi as a boy knowing I was going to go blind, I had bad eyesight and this series and the movies helped me too see I could be fearless. Now my eyesight is a danger to me, I have fallen and passed out whilst out bush, bitten my tongue and bloodied my hands sbd knees several times from falling…. I have walked into the Kangaroo zone and not seen a big Red standing tall to warm me off, I have a different apperception and understanding of Zatoichi.
@@PilotFlight2Mars I went to visit my sensei recently and he told me he is going blind due to glaucoma ,he originally introduced me to zatoichi and being the amazing happy Buddhist he is said he is almost excited about losing his sight so he can practice sword in the dark, a true hero, I am sorry for your condition, bless you x
