For those talking about the rim being scratched im pretty sure that’s just the compound that was around the walls of the tire to make mounting easier, can just be wiped off. I thought the same thing at first.

R888R's are not good tires anymore. They are 2 seconds off pace relative to every other 100TW tire on the market. I'd recommend 200TW RT660's as a tire that would wear better and be much faster.
