Shouldn't prices start to descend back to late 2023 numbers in the summer of 24? Something else not mentioned but is public info is property tax on each home. You can search any home in Windsor and find out how much they're paying. That should be taken into account when choosing a new home.
More sellers enter the market in the spring months , but so do the buyers. With the interest rates estimated to decrease in the last half of the year, buyer demand should increase as well, putting pressure on supply.

You coveted east windsor riverside but im wondering if you can do one on the other side pls or tell me if there are any older type character propertys pls?

My wife and I live in La Salle. It's great. Particularly if you have young children the area is super-safe and lots of amenities that youngsters will love.
@@medpearlgroup4679 If you mean European football (soccer) for children then yes. You can googlemap Vollmer Centre which is an enormous recreation complex in La Salle. There are a dozen pitches both full size and smaller (for smaller kids). Also a half-dozen baseball diamonds and two hockey rinks.
