I have already subscribed, and we get all of the seasons from All in the Family on Firestick. I want to see all episodes from Archie Bunker's Place. Thank you for your reply!
I love this episode. From the moment Stephanie walked into Archie's life he wasn't the same after. To me it was a whole new Archie we never seeing before. I just loved Archie's and Stephanie's relationship. Truly father and daughter love right here. Season 9 was one of my fave seasons of all in the family.
When things got serious Archie always had the biggest heart from this episode to the episode where he tells Edith without her hes nothing to paying for Mikes Appendix operation! Always a huge heart
They took a big chance with Stephanie. She could have turned into another Oliver but didn't. I like her character. Norman Lear's masterpiece is All In The Family.
"Happy birthday Danielle. You've grown up, turned into the beautiful person you are and at heart, you're still that little girl "Stephanie" to me. Enjoy your time on your birthday and many more."🎂😘
I always felt that Stephanie walked into the Bunker’s life, it’s when Edith needed Gloria and Mike around the most. Gloria and Mike could’ve helped Edith and Archie raise Stephanie.
Archie: "Listen, Rose Marie ..." Stephanie: "Stephanie." Archie: "Whatever." Typical Archie. However, he has a big heart - he took Stephanie in, and cared about his family - despite his many flaws.
With all of Archie's "Bluster" he had a Heart of Gold!! This is my favorite episodes when Stephanie joined the family, me and Stephy were (or are) the same age. AAAhhhh Memories! Me and my Nanny would watch this show all the time when I was a real little girl. Edith so reminds me of her. I'm getting all Misty-Eyed Ova Hea!! 🥹🥹 Time goes by so fast...
Kind of the first episode of "Archie Bunker's Place", but Edith was still on the show full-time during the last season of "All in the Family". ABP could have gotten going in 1978. Edith could have died in 1979.
They tried that with 704 Hauser, but it was a black family that moved in and the political roles were reserved. Joey made one brief appearance, but you just can't do this show without O'Connor
@@ronjohnson3129 I guess that depends on where you live and the channel. I researched Ecrater and most customers were dissatisfied (if you are referring to the online marketplace). Thank you for your reply!
@@lynkodefo2716 I bought the complete series here. My experience was positive, so I can definitely recommend. So until Sony comes out with something better and actually invests some money in this series with restored video and added footage this is the best collection I have been able to find. Far better than trying to piece something together off of Dailymotion and RUclips where the limited episodes available are usually poor video quality and edited.
I'm so conflicted about this. I really like Stephanie's character and what she brought out in Archie. At the same time, the show really, really should have concluded at the end of the prior season.
Reminds me of a George Carlin line from one of his '70s albums, where he says, "You ever watch old movies and wonder which people are dead? Yeah, what year was that movie made, 1934? Yeah, that's a dead guy, right there. Hey Marge, come in here, there's a dead guy on TV."
She should have went to live with her Grandmother. She was boring, dull, manipulative, snobbish and creepy. No personality. She never elevated the show or added any I interest. She were forced on us like she was onto the Bunkers and did not deserve the attention or housing. Terrible "actress." A young Patty Duke would have provided more substance, character and introspection rather than her performances.
@@williamm374 , I'm in full agreement. I thought differently years ago, but after seeing a few of these episodes in recent years, I've flipped. I thought the Stephanie character brought out a dimension of Archie that we hadn't seen before, at least not to that extent.
@@superstarreviews9937 She never won any Tony awards. She didn't play on You Get What You Give. Starring in "several" movies was appearing topless in two. And her name is spelled Brisebois. Other than that everything you said was correct.

Carol O’Conner was the master of facial expressions. Deep down a heart of gold, in real life & character

He was like a young man raising Gloria again
Archie was all bark and no bite, with a heart the size of Texas! He is one of my favorite tv characters of all time!
Archie needed this little girl in his life just as much as she needed him in hers.
Is this the last scene?
Agree!
Yes
"You make them all the same Lord" coming from Archie is my favorite line in television.
“If you was eavesdrippin…” 😂♥️
Classic!😂

Archie was a big cuddling soul when it came to Stephanie and his grandson, Joey.

Oliver?
@@travelingman5146 Oliver from the Brady bunch
@@KOSMICKEN09 Never watched that!
Thank you!

Stephanie ended up with one season of content. After that most of the stories moved to the bar.
One of the best scenes (from countless others)
A great actor...bar none!
Archie and Stephanie remind me of me and my stepdad . We had a bond that nobody understood .

one of my favorite episodes 💐
great scene. archie realizes what her life has been like with her bum father. no real home, just here & there, bouncing around. 😕
Archie was a wonderful human being.
Stephanie’s Biological Father Wuz Sorry AF
Total bum.
" she was killed in a car accident", the look on Archies face, great acting.
After Mike Gloria and Joey left to California then came Stephanie
Loved this episode
I agree with that comment! What a sad life for that little girl until Archie and her found each other!
heart of gold
No more bacon or pork chops at 704 Houser Street.
He had a heart of good, underneath all that ignorance

Excellent ❤️
Eaves drippin’ 😂❤️
A series with a grown up Stephanie dealing with the 21st century while moving into the house would be interesting.
She would be in her 40's.
@@dietrichjoanne She could be married and have children
@@frenchjr25, definitely. She could live in the house with her teenaged children.

Def Jump the shark episode
Not at all. It added new dimensions to Archie, and she went on to Archie Bunker's Place. This show and its sequel were always first-rate.
