  • hi friends,
    this is an ugly video. i didn't have any energy think of a nicer way to edit this video to make it better. i even considered not uploading it hahaha
    and it's not because this is so poorly edited but also because it just has a different vibe and i was breaking out so badly and my face is so dry it's peeling, but whateverrr. let's just accept that every day won't be a picture-perfect day.
    there are bad and ugly days and i think we should post more of that here, so here you go :)
    i'm not sure if this is fun to watch but if you did, thanks anyway!

    in this video, i did five things to help me get through the feeling of anxiety:
    1. organize - helps me focus on something else
    2. go in for counselling - talking to a professional helps put things in place and describes why you're feeling what you’re feeling and how to navigate through it
    3. buy my comfort food (and drink) - makes me feel good!
    4. hang out with friends - it's always a good time
    5. go to a cute cafe / taking myself out on a date - it's fun
    i also tried puzzles but the one i bought is so hard so i'm temporarily putting that on hold. hahahaha
    that's all! i hope this is relatable to some of you but if not, i'm gonna do better in the coming videos, i promise! :)
