@WarriorGinga Well biting is a difficult problem with biting its all about letting the bird know thats not how to behave, trey giving it treats when you get your hand to touch it or as you edge your hand close if it bites then dont reward it and try again in serveral minutes and repeat alternitivley if it is a fear thing sit it out basically put up with it biting you but dont move your hand off its feet untill it stops you could try wearing a glove to protect your hand but it might scare him
Hey flighty, I need help with my 4 year old parakeet. It's gotten used to my hand being in the cage, but whenever i put my finger on it's foot and bites me. I've been trying to make it stop biting,but nothing seems to be working. All i want is a parakeet that can atleast sit on my finger. Really I just want it to stop biting. Period. Help?
