Joshua, add a watermark logo with a tagline to your videos to help *“brand/identify”* your real estate business. Good luck.

Hi, which part of the Montreal is better to stay while commuting to work in Drummondville

Hi, if you’re working in Drummondville, I would suggest living closer to the south shore of the Island. This includes Brossard or Longueuil. If you wanted to live on the island of Montreal, some of the closer places would be Nuns Island, parts of Griffintown or LaSalle. Let me know if you need any help in your search!

What is a view on the future of Roxboro in 2024 when the REM is operational, will there be a mini migration to the west island from another part of Montreal?

We are already seeing a large shift to the West Island due to more people wanting land and individual homes. The REM is an added bonus that will allow easier access to the downtown area for those working there. I believe, many have already made the move in anticipation however we will certainly see the West Island continue to grow because of this. As for Roxboro, I think the same applies. Anywhere close to the REM will become an attractive area.

    Hi! What about DDO?

    • @joshuamazzaferro

Hey! Although Dollard is not one of the most affordable neighbourhoods in the West Island it is one of my favourites. It has excellent amenities, food options, is easily accessible and has an overall great community. The average price for a home in DDO is 826k while the median price is 725k! Reach out if ever you have any other questions.

Hey, is it possible to buy an affordable house in Montreal while on work permit

Based on my understanding with the new foreign buyers ban, you are eligible to purchase property in Canada if you have a work permit and have been employed for the past 3 out of 4 years and have filed taxes during this period. Hopefully the info helps. I would also recommend speaking with a financial advisor to confirm.
