Please read description of what I have done so far to my car. I will be uploading another video, as soon as I finish installing the rear section of my exhaust. Will be replacing the oem mufflers with two Vibrant resonators, 2.25" s/s piping throughout (stock is 2" on V6) and switching to the 5.0's oem rear lower diffuser, with s/s aftermarket quad oval tips. Will also be replacing the K&N drop-in filter with the AEM Cold Air Intake system, for maximum intake and exhaust flow.

Love it! Really like what you did with the calipers, too! How much was the mid-pipe/cat delete exhaust work?
Also, trying to find those exact wheels on Element Wheels now. How do you like the Ultra Racing Chassis components?

Just labor was $300 which includes welding the 2 V-Band clamps. All parts were separate. I realy do like the Ultra Racing chassis braces and sway-bar! I wanted a sportier feel for this car, without sacrificing the ride as much, and worked out great for me! The 20" staggered wheels completed the whole package in handling.

As terrible as it sounds when I'm revving it in neutral (blame my cellphone's mic and me placing it too close) it sounds much better accelerating with NO drone on any rpm! Kinda sounds like my Infinity G35 when it was stock, but with little deeper tone.

Do you have a check eng light after the exhaust work?
No, not at all.
The secondary cats that I deleted don't have oxygen sensors/wiring to trigger a check engine light. Only the upper ones do, which are still in place.
You mentioned about putting Magna Flow mufflers (pn: 10415 ) on it did you decide to do it?
No. I decided to go with the Vibrant (# 1140) Ultra Quiet Resonators, since it's 4" shorter in body length and 6" shorter in overall length then the Megnaflow #10415. The Vibrant will fit better if placing them at the original location (fabricating two, near 90° elbows on each side). I've heard the Megnaflows need relocation closer to the oem mid muffler/resonators and more work to install...but will work! Both brands have a similar sound and price, but the Vibrants are T304 stainless steel compared to T409 on the Magnaflows. Have not installed them yet, but will be making a video when it's all finished.
@@beeswaxx3.8 I'm looking forward to your end results. Researching the exhaust set up with yours and my 5.0 looks exactly the same. I like to place everything in the OEM location if possible and if Vibrant mufflers has almost the same growl as the Magna then I'll be taking a page out of your book on the set.
@@devmo1914 - will be keeping you updated. If you have the 5.0 and going with a 2.5" exhaust, then Vibrant #1141 are the ones you'll need. They are beautifully polished, well constructed and solid pieces! I think they'll sound even better on the 5.0

No drone at all, at any speed. The Megnaflow X-Muffler takes care of the drone.
