TIP= to anyone installing any kind of exhaust whether it be after market or genuine, make sure to wipe off all finger prints on the exhaust before starting. Once the pipe heats up and changes colour etc, the finger prints will the imprinted on there FOREVER.
Great install video, other than wiping the exhaust system clean before firing it up it is perfect.

Good demo..on a clean, new bike.. now do this to a system that has done a few tens of thousands of miles and is caked in rust and loads of road crud!
does the exhaust for the 140L come with bolt holes for the pipe cover to protect your leg ?
@mrbajanful you will actually have to rejet the bike for any exhaust they dont because the kawy's are f.i but what i did is bought a boyeseen quick shot 3 with tunable leak jet you can jet the carb while its on the bike its sweet
do you have to do valve adjustments when installing an after market exhaust?
so after you install the system on a fuel injected bike can you just go out and ride it? or do you have to do something to the mapping
dont u have to change something in the
carburettor when u change exhauste?

2 differnet size bolts because one holds the seat aswell, and its a new bike because its a pro circuit team video of corse there bikes will be brand new

Hahahaha i kno right!!! im needed the same system installed on my yz250f and this guy wanted to charge me $75 for the job.......from the time i loosened the first bolt to the time i tightened the last bolt i was done in about 10 minutes...and 5 minutes later i was ripping it up and down my street and pissing off my neighbors. haha....what a great sound!!!
At 5:19 this always frustrates me a bit as a newbie biker. This seasoned mechanics tells you to consult manuals for torque specs... .right after he tightens your header bolts with an approximate torque of "just about as tight as you can go with one hand".

No he didn’t. The pro circuit exhaust does not use that clamp. …….Haha !!!

no its called properly taking care of your dirt bike. mines a 2008 and i ride literally EVERY weekend and it still looks brand new because i maintain the oil, wash the bike, lube it. watch worn out bolts. its simple dude
