so is that the stainless steel header, i have tried to find the whole system with stainless steel but they seem to only sell the stainless steel one separately
+joshua stewart No, mess with the jets when you change the elevation your riding at and also if you live in a warm climate if your going riding somewhere very cold you may want to adjust jets. Bolt on and ride with exhaust. you can research jet adjustments for your riding style and weather patterns to best suit you
+joshua stewart if you were a professional rider then yes someone would probably tell you to adjust them but it isn't really necessary for an amateur rider on a budget. you can look into further specifics on how much air/fuel difference there is with your certain exhaust you get. just a slip on muffler I'd say your fine. If your doing a complete exhaust system altering more air flow from the head pipe you may want to make small adjustments. hope it helps a little? BRAAP!
Yes, especially a full system. Mostly on race bikes and quads thought. You can get away with it on some trail models. You could to a slip on and not re-jet and it would still run pretty well on a race bike. If you do a slip on and an air filter, you are pushing it, but you should be fine. It is always better to just re-jet anyways though.
i have a 2 stroke, and let me tell ya, it sucks when you're in the city! I'd love to do some work on my bike, and right when I start up the bike, my neighbors come running along haha!
@@F80mthreeThere's a crush-gasket that goes between the header and the exhaust port on the head. Good practice to swap it out when putting on a new exhaust system. Just checked, it's about a $12 part.
Not always, if u put it on just startup the bike and just go for a little ride, if its a little weird then you can start experimenting ;) i suggest buying a jetting kit for your bike incl needle and all most jets..
Akra doesn't suck. They are all great systems. Each is to their own, just because you've never owned a Akra or never liked them doesn't mean they suck. Get your facts right.
Well, my mate if your still intrested after 1 year It depends if the bike bogs or is lean. All this can be check by checking your spark plug and throthle response ;)
The reason people run into trouble is because FMF is inferior. How fucking hard can it be to provide quality control? I shouldn't be dealing with a bolt that won't fit, and a cheap metal sleeve at the 500.00 price point. Never again.
no i tell you the exhaust system that sucks that is fmf hardly any of the pro teams use fmf they use either pro circuit or yoshimura fmf suck point blank and thats telliln you somethin in the pros
before and after sound video would be nice !!
Was the next step like ha
Good points for installing...Lookin forward to this system on Drz soon !!!
This dude look like an off brand property brother

Where do you think those tools copy their style from?
4 years and this is still funny
100% agree with that! lmao!
i love the guy at 1:06 he is like wtaf in the backround
so is that the stainless steel header, i have tried to find the whole system with stainless steel but they seem to only sell the stainless steel one separately
No silicone where the silencer and head pipe connect??
No I had the problem of the high temp o ring burn out. Huge exhaust leak. No longer run the pipe
I didnt use silicone the first time. Leaked like a mofo out of the slip joints, terrible fit on a 1000 dollar pipe
do u have to rejet it after putting on an aftermarket exhaust system?
What about hi temp silicone? Thought you had to put it from header pipe to exhaust....
Will the megabomb fit a kfx450r? Because I’ve seen people with them on theirs but the fmf website says it won’t.
Aftermarket lightweight kickstarter. Engineered with calve stabbing technology.....
Can I install an FMF pipe even though I have a pro circuit exhaust
Would you have to rejet because I have a Yamaha yfz 450
what size do you suggest i change them to for a 2006 kx250f?
and do you have to mess with the jets on the carb when you put a pipe on a two stroke?

+Benjamin Slager cool.. thanks. . I ride in las vegas so it's pretty warm..

can you use the power bomb header with the stock muffler
i have a 2 stroke, and let me tell ya, it sucks when you're in the city! I'd love to do some work on my bike, and right when I start up the bike, my neighbors come running along haha!
Can you use the stock mid pipe and just get a slip on can?
VisualLife yes
I love fmf! but on my ktm exc 125 i like the akrapovic silencer best :) the pipe on it is fmf though and is AWESOME.
Where's the high temp silicon? I thought this was a proper install, your FMF instructions even call for silicon...
And new exhaust gasket?
@@vanman724the high temp silicon is the exhaust gasket. It’ll seal the header to the slip on

do you need to rejet if you install a slip on
i put a full fmf pipe on my yz85 and didnt have to rejet spark plug were perfect, and we did it right after a rebuilt
Can l also drive and without spark arrestor ?
what does putting on an exhaust actuallly do?
I have this pipe without the header. It is ridiculously loud. I just bought quiet inserts for it.
Why wouldn’t you put a new crush exhaust gasket?
Do 4 Stroke Exhaust Systems add power (Horsepower/KW) ? Lets say for a 125 Supermoto.
+NoName™ Cs:Go Not much. above 200 cc there is some noticable
+Mitchell HürenKamp ok ty so i shouldnt waste 400 euros for just a little power which woulf even be street illegal
Yeah better buy a EFI kit from that money, or nitro if you wanna go faster
Is the fmf power core mini 4 the same
If you put on a full system do you have to re jet it?
yey
+Nate Kaczor i got told that if it's a 4 stroke it doesn't matter but 2 stroke you have to . But I'm not sure
ArmyRangers1983 yes you do, this bike is electronic fuel injected to there is no need to re jet the carb because there isn't one!
Check the color of the spark plug, if your running too lean (will look very light or almost white) then yes.
umm whats this megabomb(the buble in exhaust?)? just curious =D
It's where the tornadoes form inside the header and cause super horsepower
when you put on a after market pipe dont u have tp jet the carb
That bike is fuel injected
Just got it and it dose not work with the stock header on the 05 trx450r. It is significantly wider than the stock header.
i love loud exhaust systems...i have a 2014 yz 85 a its crazy loud..
you need to repack your silencer then. lol
Does this fit on a crf80f 2008
B2TL - Gaming Channel lol ur funny

Q marca y referencia es el manubrio?
Pretty easy to pull all of that off a new bike?
Depending on elavation and what kind if pipe.. Mostly yes you will..
Well, my mate if your still intrested after 1 year It depends if the bike bogs or is lean. All this can be check by checking your spark plug and throthle response ;)
Do a lot of pro riders use the Megabomb?
Yo no séi?
Does it fit dune buggys?
in 2011 and 2012 supercross the team used to use fmf
FMF is the best ever!
hey does anyone have a link for the product?
I thought villopoto rode for pro circuit.
this video is 4 years old bud
Anyone know if FMF makes a pipe for a 1995 RT100g
did he not have to replace the washer for the header
I was wondering the same thing.
Who plays this song please ?
iv had 2 akrapovic's! so i know what im taking about there bud!
Don't u have to adjust ur carb?
do you make a two stroke black pipe?
yeah u do but if ur bike is fuel injected u dont but if it isnt u do but only if its the full system
This cameraman has trouble focusing the camera lmfao
Nice video
ehh the fmf pipe is the best for 2 stroke for 4 stroke is yoshimura
it gives the bike more power and also make it sound nicer
Villapoto has a pro cercit pipe
You forgot the muffler bearings lol
What are they for
@@adventuresofjaden6451 bearing your muffler of course.
more power, better air flow, more hp. loud as hell
Ryan villopoto uses pro circuit
sous-titre en français possible??
Pretty difficult to mess that up.. but alrighty
it helps but it dont hurt if you dont
Nobody ever puts in the little round new crush exhaust gasket in the head !!!
cool thanx
Make it sound cooler, either louder or quieter.@sparky8091
it is recommended
villipoto has a pro circit
+CAMRONHOLCOMB this was made in 2012 lol
oh lol
FMF.... "nuff said"
who doesnt like a loud bike?
"bro" akrapovic sucks.. i love yoshimura just as much as fmf thats kinda why i have a yosh..
some exhausts can be a pain in the ass
Yes
Bro, Akrapovic and Yoshimura are much better, FMF is not even close bro. :)
Yup
Akrapovic... nuff said.

i wonder what exaust millsaps rides.. oh thats right FMF .. a lot of people ride fmf exaust
yup
yes
U didn’t even show how to install it
its fuel injected.
yeh
i know right why would he use fmf
Nope its fuel injected!
to ez start over you failed

No offense! This video is subtitled in Spanish terribly ... Asco gave me
how to get the money for fmf exhaust? get a job.
no i tell you the exhaust system that sucks that is fmf hardly any of the pro teams use fmf they use either pro circuit or yoshimura fmf suck point blank and thats telliln you somethin in the pros
