Shortbread Surprise Cookies/Tex biscuits/Shortbread cookies/Eid Cookies

Ingredients
500g butter
300ml sugar
250ml cornflour
5ml baking powder
5×250 ml Cake flour
6 large tex
refrigerate for 30 minutes before rolling out dough or
refrigerate over night or for few hours after placing tex chocolate in dough or place in freezer if wanting to make same day
bake@180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
