Thank you, that was the question I also had. I couldn’t find cake flour here in CA. I love your recipes Gawa, my mother used to bake sweets like that but couldn’t give me her recipes because they were in her head and no measurements only in her hand 😀
Wslm the recipe doesn't call for butter but I'm sure u can it's not my recipe it's just a recipe I found in 1 of my late mom's old recipe books and I just followed it,the full Recipe is in the description box below the video

I've never froze mine with the filling only the biscuit so not sure but I think it should be fine

Hi yes I use selfraising flour and Cake flour because that's what u get in South Africa but I'm sure u can use All purpose flour instead Cake flour
Also I think if u mix 1 cup of All purpose flour and mix 2 teaspoon baking powder that will give u selfraising flour

Can plain flour be used in place of cake flour? ( I have no idea what cake flour is,)
I'm sure u can in South Africa we only get Cake flour you can Google how to substitute All-purpose flour for cake flour it should come up😊
