Slm its sooo yum , its already 32 mins in oven , an i did add everything including oil but the bottom is golden/ done but centre isnt done , do you know the reasons

Like I said before I didn't measure my balls at all was all different sizes but still only baked for 18-20 minutes it does Crack but 50 minutes I don't understand
Wslm I know some people bake there loafs in advance and just place in freezer and remove it the day before Eid to defrost and reach room temperature,myself I always make my loafs the day before eid and just cling wrap but all my biscuits I made already and just placed it in the freezer will remove it day before but I know people that sell cakes probably making there cakes today

I used same recipe i never halved but i got 29 pieces in total, an mine was 32g to 34g each

An i added 3 cup flour in total, other ingredients i never changed ,
The full Recipe is in the description box below the video it calls for 4 cups flour and only bakes for 18-20 minutes @180 degrees Celsius
Or less flour thats y it took 50 min to one hr to bake
