Great insight, thanks a lot for sharing ! Indeed, as a knitter it took me a lot (!) to build up the courage to get out of my comfort zone. 2 years ago I was like “crochet ? NO WAY !’ 😅 i recently started it and yes, I do like it. It gives a lot of flexibility and I can now make things which look much better as crochet than knitted. I started with some market and produce bags 😂…but slowly moving to something more substantial 😮. Love your videos a lot ! ❤👏🤗🌹
I'm so glad you tried something new. I too was hesitant for so long, but now enjoy doing both so much. Thanks for your comment and enjoy both of these wonderful hobbies!!
I learned to crochet at a young age (likely to keep us children quiet and busy 😅), but learned to knit much much later in life. I enjoy both, especially making useful handmade gifts for the kids and grandkids.
@jacqknits Congrats! I know you're going to be busy making things, booties, hats, onesies, etc. Maybe those can be be some tutorials too. I think homemade gifts mean more as they come from labour of love. They're also a happy surprise and the giggles I hear from the kids make it worth it.
I know both. But love knitting. I also Tunisian crochet. I do both
That's wonderful. I want to do more of Tunisian crochet as well. Haven't done a lot of it, but want to learn more. Thanks for reaching out!!
I’m 75 and getting back to crochet! Making a bunker hat❤️
I love that. ❤️🥰

Love that! I have my first grandchild now and love knitting and crocheting items for her. That’s what grandmas are for right?
