When he finally blurts out that he loves her, and he has felt this way since he met her, it's important to watch that scene again, when they meet. There's a look that crossed his face where you can actually see how smitten he is. Such fine acting from these performers. Charlotte and George are now my favorite couple; I was thoroughly captivated.

So far they are my favorite couple in the bridgerton universe, their love is just so lovely and pure and honest, they were in their teens and the actors portrayed it splendidly. The way they look at each other is not very lustful compared to the other couple, it’s just pure love and adoration. The lead actors did a wonderful job with the characters.

I am convinced these two lovely souls were born to play these roles. A writer can write a beautiful script, however it is the actors who executes the writing and bring the characters to life. Well done on everyone's part. The actors were beautifully selected for the film❤
Wow, in history ; King George 3rd was so obsessed and so much in love with Queen Charlotte that he stay married to her until she died, and had 15 kids with her!! I believe he doesnt even have a mistress, deeply in love with Charlotte.

Everytime I see it, I cry. It has been the most emotional one till now...with deep turmoil of marriage & how to love someone unconditionally...each dialogue mindblowing n thought-provoking. Actors were the characters with a whole bunch of desires in the most lovable way possible....it's not always adrenaline but also dopamine & oxytocin needed...The amalgamation of different races is the best part of Bridgerton series....nothing but love ...it's like, the relationship is complicated, from the start till the end but have you played your part to be there in all its mess? Endurance & patience

I think what George’s condition back then is was what we know today as schizophrenia. And then the dementia set in as he got older.
In those times there was no cure or effective ways to treat and control it.
It’s sad because you could see that he wanted help and truly loved Charlotte!
My daughter is a big fan of this show and Bridgerton. I’ve watched certain scenes in both series, but this one is a bona fide tear jerker! The young George and Charlotte characters are outstanding! The scene where they met in the garden on their wedding day was my absolute favorite!
Their love story is beautiful but very painful! Despite the two staying alive until old age and with thirteen children, he succumbs to the disease, while she lives most of the time alone. However, their love still remains. They under the bed destroyed me a lot!

The true definition of what it means to be in relationship with another. This idea of pure partnership wherein you sacrifice a part of yourself for the greater cause of the team. George was already halved by his illness, but his other half was desperately submerged in, reliant on and lovingly embedded in Charlotte. And Charlotte sacrificed all she would have been as a mother and wife to simply be the Queen to his King - strong and formidable, yet tender and loving for him. Their love was unrelentingly steady in its passion and the decision to never cease despite life's trials. Okay, I'm going to go cry again...
