Ok. I'm going to come out and say it. If it weren't for George's tragic fate, this would be regarded as one of the greatest, most romantic royal love stories in history. ❤💕❤ It's really a shame that King George III, Queen Charlotte and their happy marriage are merely a footnote in the history of love stories. Sure, it might not be as romantic as the Bridgerton version, but it really speaks volumes when you remember that George III is one of the few kings of England, who had actually been faithful to his wife. 😊
Loved the movie.
His head was never turned by another although it was common for Kings to have mistresses.

Speechless and humbled. Most times you “feel” love. George and Charlotte made love visible, and present through every one of out 5 senses in every waking moment. I cried for their sadness and cheered their devotion…she loved him; not because of but in spite of. Exquisite movie and edit. Thank you.

I absolutely can't go a day or two without watching it again and again India was such a good actress, and their chemistry was amazing, it came natural to them. Maybe she is the girlfriend nobody can seem too find.
I know they conversation between each and how Queen Charlotte's smiles when he's flirting❤ and I love this scene with both of them in it when they first meet and she's climbing the wall❤
Even though I cry my eyes out at episode 6, I still watch all 6 episodes again and again. Ugh, can I find someone that would look at me the way he looked at her? This story has set the bar. Her love/loyalty for him and his adoration/love of her.

It's the small moments between them for me, the small touches, the glances, the smiles it's little things like that that capture my heart in a big way because between two people moments like that are always the most special.

King George was not only a stunning handsome man, but a very caring & always a way on how to love , knew how to love & treat a woman ( Charlotte only) cause he never had any mistresses cause he LOVED ❤️ ONLY HIS CHARLOTTE!!
