You need to be in touch with industry. experts and follow current trends. How you do it is individual choice. It can be from associations, membership, courses, your own contacts and so on

I know our field takes time to get recognition and pays later but if there are proper milestones then one should move in a functional way towards it's goal rather then wasting time wandering .

what is the reason for this checking? You cannot 100% match a 3d analysis with any plane frame analysis. What you can do is ensure the total wind load applied and the reactions are matching. You can easily do it manually or by doing a print statics check in staad

Structures is for who likes what I have mentioned in the video 🙂 I suggest you review your skill set and then look out for opportunities.
