You're right. Simply saying 'intention' is interchangeable for 'intentionality' 90% of the time. It's a superfluous word designed to sound more important like 'utilize' vs 'use'

Unfortunately no. The Air series tripods do not have a removable head.

To be honest, it looks bulky, unsteady and plasticky. Would be interesting to see one in real life and hopefully be a positive surprise.
